Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern the entire relationship between you and the 7779pnl platform. Your continued access to or use of the 7779pnl website, mobile platform, and all associated services — including live casino, slots, sports betting, bingo, and promotional features — constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms and any supplementary policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms apply to all registered players, guest visitors, and any individual who interacts with the 7779pnl platform in any capacity. Where a conflict exists between these Terms and any game-specific rules or promotional terms, the more specific terms shall prevail for the matter in dispute, and these general Terms shall govern all other matters.

Eligibility

To register and use the 7779pnl platform for real-money gaming, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, consistent with the minimum age requirement established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) for casino-style online gaming.

• You must not have had a previous 7779pnl account terminated for breach of these Terms.

Account Registration & KYC

3.1 Account Creation

To access real-money gaming features on 7779pnl, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, valid email address, and active Philippine mobile number.

Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the 7779pnl platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, circumventing account restrictions, or any other reason — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

In compliance with PAGCOR Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations and the requirements of the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines, 7779pnl is required to verify the identity of all registered players before processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification requires submission of:

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 7779pnl login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is deemed to have been conducted by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 7779pnl support immediately via in-platform live chat.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

7779pnl accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, PNB, and other payment channels as made available on the platform from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be reversed and may result in account suspension.

7779pnl does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees. GCash and Maya deposits are credited to your 7779pnl wallet instantly upon successful processing. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) banking business day to reflect.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification as described in Section 3.2. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible, consistent with AML obligations. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes during platform operational hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three (1–3) banking business days.

7779pnl reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence reviews on withdrawal requests exceeding applicable thresholds under AMLA, which may result in extended processing times. 7779pnl will notify affected players via their registered contact details.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the 7779pnl platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Where a game provider displays amounts in another currency, the platform wallet will apply the applicable exchange rate at the time of settlement.

Bonuses & Promotions

Bonuses and promotional offers made available on 7779pnl are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time each offer is presented. The following general conditions apply to all 7779pnl bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirement before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings may be processed.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.

Prohibited Conduct

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC;

Responsible Gaming

7779pnl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its reasonable discretion, with or without prior notice, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity;
• Suspected money laundering or violation of AMLA obligations;
• Regulatory instruction from PAGCOR or another competent authority;
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements in Section 2.

Where an account is terminated due to a player's breach of these Terms, any outstanding bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money wallet balances not associated with bonus abuse or other prohibited conduct will be returned to the player following satisfactory completion of any outstanding investigations, subject to applicable AML obligations.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 7779pnl support via in-platform live chat. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 7779pnl platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces (excluding third-party game content), and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 7779pnl or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 7779pnl platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. Nothing in these Terms constitutes a transfer of any intellectual property rights to you. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the 7779pnl platform without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 7779pnl's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7779pnl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity — arising from or related to your use of the platform, even if 7779pnl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7779pnl does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free from errors or viruses, or that defects will be corrected. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary platform unavailability. 7779pnl accepts no liability for gaming sessions interrupted by platform downtime where no wager was confirmed prior to the interruption.

Privacy & Data

The collection, storage, use, and disclosure of your personal data by 7779pnl is governed by the 7779pnl Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy. 7779pnl processes personal data in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules.

You consent to 7779pnl collecting and processing your personal data — including identity documents, transaction records, gaming history, and device/session data — for the purposes of account management, KYC/AML compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and service improvement. Amendments to These Terms

7779pnl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will carry a new effective date.

If you disagree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the 7779pnl platform and may request voluntary account closure as described in Section 9. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms in full.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and 7779pnl, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith discussion via the 7779pnl support channel. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR or the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority. Where judicial proceedings are necessary, both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Any complaint regarding platform conduct, game fairness, or payment disputes may be submitted in writing to the 7779pnl support team via in-platform live chat. 7779pnl will acknowledge all formal complaints within five (5) business days and provide a substantive response within fifteen (15) business days.
